I'm trying to find a way to synchronize Outlook Calendar (on Windows) with Google Calendar that actually works - as my current solution doesn't. Bonus points if I can sync contacts as well.

Small Office/Outlook Filter: I'm part of a small, family-run non-profit organization and we're attempting to drag ourselves, screaming, into the 21st century. Right now the main email is AOL and has been for years. (I know, I know.) We want to transition to a setup that allows us to have our own emails, yet share calendars and tasks. After using Outlook + PDA as my organization tools for at least 5 years, I got sick of all the bugs, and decided to fully migrate to Google Apps and BlackBerry. I have imported my Outlook contacts and calendar into Google. My email has been in Gmail for a while now. Now how do I maintain that on my BlackBerry, given that the BlackBerry uses Outlook. For example, if I need to add a new contact on my BlackBerry, I want it to be synchronized with Google Contacts, not Outlook. Any suggestions?

OutlookFilter: we've been instructed to clean out our work e-mail. My co-worker has been using her e-mail as an effective filing system.
Is there a way that she can both a) download the emails to her hard drive and b) maintain an interface that allows her to organize the e-mails by date, subject, sender, etc.?

Can I auto-bcc in outlook 2003 without paying? I recently had to switch from Thunderbird to Outlook at work. I've been bcc:ing everything for a couple of years to my gmail, which has been great, but of course it isn't as easy in Outlook. I've seen a few pieces of software to do it for $25 or so, but would love to find a way for cheaper or for free. Any advice? Thanks!

My nice boss has tried to make everyone's life easier by putting work she wants us to do in subfolders with our names on them, in her inbox. We all have delegate read access to her inbox but can't see the subfolders when we go to it. What permissions does she need to set us (or what else does she have to do) in order for us to see the subfolders?

I am looking for an email notifier which only shows one thing: who the email was from. All the programs I've found which offer something like this also show the subject line, and often an excerpt of the message itself. My users (most of them teachers) object to this because often the subject is sensitive and will popup on a projector in front of a roomful of teenage boys. Hilarity ensues.

Is there an easier way to select a group of emails in Outlook and extract their header information to a file or to the clipboard - together, all at once? An Outlook plugin perhaps?
Outlook's method sucks because you can only get one header at a time via right-click and view options.
I've got a load of spam that I need to send to my host for investigation.
