Any suggestions for remote-controlling a computer when it's behind a NAT/firewall that I can't open a port on? Alternatively, how can I make Gmail work for this client? [more inside]

In Outlook 2002 (Outlook XP), I would like to make a rule that, if I send an email, and if any of the To, CC, or BCC's don't have my company in the email address, it will CC our secure messaging. Can anyone tell me how? Keep in mind, I cannot install anything.

I've had to give up Thunderbird and start using Outlook 2002 (in order to sync my calendar and tasks with my phone and pda) and now my workflow is being bogged down by spam. Help me inside... [more inside]

Is there a way in Outlook 2002 to assign read receipts to specific email addresses in my address book? For work, I send out emails to certain people that I want to make sure get read. However, I don't want to blanket everyone with read receipts because they are annoying.
