So, I have this skirt
, which is a lime/neon green pencil skirt with a heather gray overlay that is supposed to resemble a crochet/macrame design. I'd like help finding shirts/shoes/accessories that might match it and help me put together an outfit. [more inside]

I was recently given this
rather nice quality leather blazer, but I feel like a mafioso if I wear it out. Thoughts on what to pair it with? On the legs, especially? The model's very minimal t-shirt seems like an ok idea, I dunno though. I'm pretty tall, fairly skinny.

Where to get a REAL
Santa suit? I don't want a costume
! I want something I can wear as I work outside in the winter, real functional clothes that happen to be red and lined with white fur. [more inside]

Please give me recommendations for accessories that you initially dismissed as too weird or "out there" but then discovered were surprisingly versatile. [more inside]

Please help us experience an American-style Halloween in the San Francisco Bay Area (ages 20s-30s). For us I think this means finding the most highly recommend of: 1). A big event crammed with people in their best arty / sexy outfits (like SEAF Seduction, or Decompression if it were reinvented as a Halloween event), 2) An amazing haunted house, 3) Maybe a corn maze or similar? What are your strongest recommendations? [more inside]

Please help me figure out cute outfits when wearing athletic running shoes all day in the summer. I have to wear these for my severe flat/ pronating feet and cannot wear sandals in the summer but still want to look cute and sporty. I am a healthy middle aged woman who travels a lot, walks a lot, lives in a small town and generally has a casual lifestyle. (I would not wear them out to dinner--don't worry) just errands, housework, yard work, family bbqs)
I don't need help figuring out my fall and winter outfits because sturdy cute boots are my lifesaver but since in summer I cannot wear sandals I need help with cute sneaker outfits.
Please don't suggest Converse or other "fashion" sneakers because they are not sufficient. (i tried!).
thanks so much for your help!

Unexpected invitations to a Broadway show and dinner at a fancy NYC restaurant. Our houseguest didn't bring appropriate clothes, but we can order from most catalogs via Fed Ex to receive in time for next week.
She's a 12 or 14, prefers pants to skirts and has no clue what to order that would be stylish yet usable back home in real. less dressy life.
Willing to splurge as long as it's not a one shot outfit.
What would be a good place to look? Specific outfit recommendations more than welcome.

I would like to wear a bear costume for Halloween, but the only storebought options I have found on eBay and elsewhere online haven't quite matched what I'm looking for.
This is basically what I'm after, as a reference.
Or possibly even this one
or this one.
If anyone out there knows where to find something similar that would fit a 5'9" 130 lb person, I would be thankful (bonus points if I can buy it in the Vancouver, BC area)
Full disclosure: I plan on drinking beer from a growler with 'Honey' written on it.

For Halloween this year, my costume
(similar to this one) is a giant, inflatable, flesh-colored penis. Can I get in any trouble with the law for wearing it out in public? And does it make a difference whether that day is Halloween or not?
