In Mountain Lion opening some (but seemingly not all) folders in "List" view, shows the "Date Modified" column on the left of the window, requiring me to scroll further left to see the "Name" column. What preference did I accidentally change?

MacBook doesn't seem to want to burn any CD-Rs. I'm trying to back up my data for the first time, but as soon as burning starts I get an error message: "Burning the disc failed because an unexpected error occurred. (Error code 0x80020000)" It doesn't seem to be one particular disc, and I've never had a problem like this before on any other mac. Any advice?

I accidentally deleted my Utilities folder (OS X 10.4.5) in a moment of madness. Was there anything in there I actually needed? I am kind of missing Grab. Is there somewhere to download it, or do I need to dig out the install disc?
