I am stuck alone at the office to make booklets on our Sharp (MX7000N) copier. I have piles of previous booklets around me that are made with A4 paper. When I try to make a booklet with A4 paper, however, the copier tells me "that size paper cannot be saddle stitched." What's going on?

The company I work for is probably moving away from our parent company into a 3400 sq. ft. building of our own.
I have the task (opportunity) to suggest how we can set up this office for our 31 people. The question is, is there a non-traditional option that is better than the standard cube farm, but is still inexpensive and effective? [more inside]

I am looking for a work chair that I can take along with me on my business travels - something portable that would provide a level of comfort and functionality that was, at least, remotely similar to my Aeron at home. I know this is a VERY TALL order, so if there are any suggestions for chairs that would simply let me work comfortably in a hotel room - the crappy chairs in those are horrible - I'd appreciate that, as well.

Adobe Acrobat 7.0 Professional: I've got a document with several hundred links in it. Right now, they're all invisible; I'd like to change them all to dotted rectangles of a particular color. Is there any way to change the appearance of every link in the document simultaneously? "Make this the default appearance" doesn't do it; it only affects the links you make in the future. Help?

My boss has decided to repaint the interior of our office building, which is nice. Isn't this usually done outside of office hours so we don't have to sniff paint fumes for 8 hours? [more inside]

I ordered a HON filing cabinet (four drawer, vertical) and was assured that all HON file cabinets are heavy-duty. However, when it showed up the drawers were all squeaky and flimsy, and one doesn't close properly without being slammed.
My question - where can I get a dependably good, heavy-duty file cabinet that rolls drawers in and out smoothly, can take some weight, isn't flimsy, and generally will work well for a long time? I'd prefer four drawer vertical, beige color, standard office metal variety.
