I will be reinstalling mac OSX Yosemite because of constant problems with it but I am looking to retain the folders that have been previosuly created to organise my mails. I am using Outlook 2011 as my mail client. Does using: File - Export - selecting outlook for mac data file (.olm), when imported back, retain the previous folder structure that I have used to organise my mails? If not could anyone suggest how I could keep the existing folder organisation? Many thanks!
For some recent while, probably since updating the OS X Mavericks, Microsoft Word for OS X keeps coming to the foreground on its own when I'm doing other things, as long as a document is open in Word. If I click out to the Finder, Word makes itself the frontmost program. If I click into the browser, Word comes forward. [more inside]
Mac Word 2011 (most recent version, 14.3.9) running on most recent version of Mavericks on late 2013 15" retina MacBook Pro crashes whenever opening a document that contains comments or change tracking. A complete uninstall and reinstall of Office did not fix the problem. What gives?
Hi, I am a high school teacher in the UK (11-18). Can I buy office 365 for mac at (£54) and be eligible to install it? It is unclear about the installation process. I have my school email, bank slips etc. but it is not a .ac address so do I need to get the home and student addition instead? Don't want to waste money either way! Thanks
So the long and short of it is, I'm pretty sure that Meiryo UI is messed up or missing or something, and instead Office 2011 on my Mac has decided that it'd be totally cool to use Mart Futomaru Gothic instead for most Japanese text display, including all over Excel. Is there some way to reinstall just the font(s) or maybe clear the Office font cache?

Mac OSX Server Backup question: what's the best way to ensure that my small office doesn't lose the data we store on our file server? Right now we use Retrospect with a tape drive, but it's not an ideal solution, because finding stuff on the tape is a huge pain, and the time required to maintain it is lost time.
