Our wedding cake people canceled on us 2.5 weeks before our wedding! So we're seeking some affordable NYC bakeries who make GREAT cakes (we don't care about decorations, just the flavor) and can fulfill an order for 100 people on fairly short notice. We are considering asking for multiple smaller cakes, as it seems requesting one large, stacked cake significantly narrows down our options when ordering sort-of last minute.

We need to hire an affordable NYC musician to play at our wedding. Ideally it would be a banjo player but I will settle for something traditional like a violinist. We're on a shoestring budget. DJ recommendations are fine, too.

My weightlifting gym is too expensive for me. Are there any relatively cheap ($100/month) gyms in NYC, Brooklyn/downtown Manhattan preferred, that have squat racks and won't freak if I deadlift? Or do I need to readjust my expectations for what a weightlifting gym membership should cost?
