I'm heading up a program at the local humane society that's very similar to something like
this. Or
this. Or even
this. This program type has been known as "symbolic gifts", "mission-inspired gifts" and even "fundraising catalog". These names are stupid. Help me think of something better!

I've been invited to emcee a gala dinner for a nonprofit. They are paying me for my talents, but I don't have anything other than random guesses about how much to charge, and their initial offer was basically "money is no object," which actually make it harder for me. Are there any resources out there that can help me narrow down a range to work from?
