Non-alcoholic drinks that aren't sweet and are available in the UK?

Can you recommend non-alcoholic drinks that aren't sweet and are available in the UK? I quite like drinking something non-alcoholic, that has a pleasant taste but isn't sweet.

Things like Shloer, Ame, funky sparkling fruit cordials are just too sweet.

Why is it so hard to find something that fits the bill in the UK?

When I've travelled to Africa / Middle East there are all sorts of things - Bavaria Apple Malt (non alcoholic, not sweet apple beer thing) and more standard non-alcoholic beers that can be found everywhere.

I occasionally like non-alcoholic beers like Becks but there must be more than beer out there that isn't sweet?!

Help me find my booze alternative

I'm trying to locate a non-alcoholic drink I had at a wedding several years ago. It was called "Amie" and came in white and red varieties (being marketed, I believe, as a wine substitute). Of course, it tasted nothing like wine but it sure did taste GOOD. As I recall, it had a vague fruity flavour and I'm sure it included schizandria, elder-flower and a variety of other ingredients, possibly including green tea and jasmine flowers. It had a slight peach flavour and wasn't TOO sweet, which is why I liked it so much. If memory serves, it was a sparkling drink.

So, does anyone know where I can find it (if it still exists)? And, if it doesn't exist anymore, can anyone suggest a substitute (available in Australia) or recipe?

Google has produced only passing references to it, which is very frustrating.

Coffe, Tea or ...

What are some options for non-alcoholic drinks at a fine restaurant? I can no longer drink alcohol, and I've already gotten tired of cranberry juice as an option. When I'm home, I drink cola, but I don't want to do that at a fine dining restaurant. Does anyone have favorite mixed drinks or spritzers that most bars would have the ingredients for?

And what are your thoughts on non-alcoholic wines? I received one bottle as a gift, but it was very sweet. I'm wondering if there are brands with a more robust flavor, like a peppery syrah.

Mocktails

Looking for the best non-alcoholic mixed drink recipes. Most of the sites and/or books I've seen are lacking in the QA department. [MI] I'm hoping I haven't missed this question from before.

I seem (unfortunately) to be unable to drink alcoholic drinks without experiencing dehydration and hangover symptoms an hour later. I was once at a bar that had a large list of great, non-alcoholic drinks, so I know they're out there. I thought I'd start building up a non-alcoholic bar and ordering these kinds of drinks at bars. Bonus points for drinks that can be produced with things regular bars have on hand. Even more bonus points for non-dairy and/or non-icre cream drinks (though I'd love to hear about those suggestions too!)
