I'd like to have an RSS feed for Bloomberg News, specifically for their
environment reporting, that I can put into Google Reader. The problem is, Bloomberg News
discontinued RSS feeds in 2006. None of the workarounds I've found are satisfactory:
This one, for example, tries to use Google News, but it wouldn't really work for my purposes. (Using
"environment" site:bloomberg.com as my search string wouldn't necessarily return all news items related to the environment -- a story just about renewable energy, for example, not its environmental benefits, wouldn't show up at all.) There's also
Feedity, but they want you to pay to have feeds with any sort of functionality, which I'd rather not do if I don't have to.
Page2RSS is closer to the mark, but the output is messy (multiple stories in the same feed item). Businessweek.com, which is owned by Bloomberg News, offers RSS feeds with Bloomberg News, but they don't allow for narrowing down on just the environment reporting. Is there a solution out there that's better?

I ask you, educated and oh-so cultured MeFites, what should I be reading? Everything's in order, except for my RSS feeds. I'm in need of a good mix of wit, news, and good ol' amusement from the world over to serve as nothing less than my daily reading material. Help me stock that RSS reader.

Which quality newspapers and other news services provide full-text RSS feeds? I'm looking for a world, national, and also sources specific to California news and politics. Alternatively, what are some MacGyver-style ways to make a full-text RSS feed for my current favorites?

Does anyone know if there's any good software to turn a mac into a news display kiosk? Nobody will actually interact with the computer -- the contents will dynamically update via the internet (RSS/other).

Awhile ago I found a link to an RSS reader called Good News on this site. It was fun while I had it, but thanks to a reformat due to overly gregarious bluescreens, I lost the installer. It's one of those independent open source thingers with an address buried deep on a personal website, if I remember right, and its name is making it impossible to search for. Could anyone help me find it again?

Make-Your-Own-"Morning Edition": Are there any RSS readers or services that deal exclusively with audio news and audio blogs? I'd love to be able to scan headlines and drag/drop audio links from NPR and other places into a playlist.
