Does Germany have its own LinkedIn? Is there a strong professional social networking community in Germany apart from LinkedIn, in the way France has
viadeo? China and Japan are also of interest, but I care most about Germany. For the sake of future readers, other countries are welcome. Does not have to be in English.

How can I connect two wireless routers (Fonera first generation and Apple Airport Express) to a single cable modem through an ethernet hub to establish two separate networks? I am able to connect one or the other to the cable modem through the ethernet hub, but I cannot connect both. Both wireless routers have only a single ethernet port. I currently have Comcast as my ISP, if that helps.

We've purchased the business (yay!), and now it's time to determine how to set up the office network. I'm fairly certain that we'll start with peer-to-peer (vs. client-server), but I could use some advice to make sure this is the way to go, and I'd also like to know if it's possible to make changes to a file on a computer (via a remote desktop tool) that's concurrently running an application.

OSX Snow Leopard and Win XP File permissions are not playing nice. The Mac seems to be writing permissions so that users on the windows XP file server cannot change or move the files. It says that you have to have "domain/user" permission.
Is there a way to set permissions on the mac side so that all content created on the mac will have permissions set to be open for all users to modify. Or anyone have any other ideas of what could be causing this problem? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I would appreciate some input on what type of network topology to implement in a small-scale network of about 20 computers for multi-player gaming purposes. What kind of
networking hardware would be required in such a situation - routers, servers, cabling etc. Last but not least, as far as
network security is concerned - what are the key things one should look out for? Thanks to all that can contribute some ideas

What are the wireless ranges of the 802.11g radios in the following:
WRT54G
WRT610N
I specifically would like to know the range of each and does the WRT610N 802.11G radio have a greater range than the WRT54G 802.11G radio.
Not surprisingly, Linksys couldn't even help me.
