My previous partners have always been my size or larger and stronger than me. Now my new partner is six inches shorter, seventy pounds lighter, and much weaker than I am. Last minute nerves and etiquette filter. I am soon to be heading overseas to stay with a friend I have not seen in many years. Whilst I am excited there is also a growing sense of nervousness. I will be staying for two weeks and I am aware this is a long period of time. I am quite a quiet and shy person and this sometime is mistaken for arrogance. How do I go about letting go of the anxiety, make a good impression, and, thus, remember this trip for all the right reasons?

How can I stop touching my face? Whenever I am sitting still and concentrating, and sometimes when I am anxious or nervous, I touch, scratch and otherwise fiddle with my face. This is not good for me, and results in any small spots/blemishes getting much worse and inflamed, and they stick around for longer than they should. Please help me break this habit and help me get prettier!
