I've had a tingling/burning sensation in my left shoulder/hand for about a week. A doc that I saw in Tokyo thinks I have a pinched nerve and told to come back in a week, but was rather vague about what to do in the meantime. I have no health insurance so I would prefer to not go back, but I just noticed the tingling starting up in my right hand as well.

I think it's time for a new pillow - one that will help alleviate chronic neck/back pain. Preferably suited for back sleepers. I'll even settle for something that doesn't make the pain worse at this point - the last two weeks have pushed me to the limit.

I have pain in my neck/shoulder. It's partially from computer use but becomes most intense when I draw. I need advice on better ergonomic setups as well as safe exercises I could do to strengthen those muscles, or anything else I might do to reduce this sort of pain.

I get neck pain from tensing my neck up whenever I ride rollercoasters. It's either like my neck is in lock-down mode or my head is getting battered every which way. Is there a way to cope with this so I can continue to enjoy rollercoasters? Or now that I'm 25 and decrepit do I have to stand on the sidelines and hold everyone's sno-cones?
