How can I tell if a product I'm about to buy contains nanotech materials? Are there labeling requirements (in the U.S.)? Can I tell by the chemical names? For any ingredient that's listed, can I tell if it's a nano-version of that material, as opposed to regular sized molecules? What consumer products are actually using these materials now?

I need help with some terminology of scale. Is there a term for something on a scale between "meso" and "micro"? Alternatively, I'd be happy with something higher than "macro" or between "micro" and "nano" (but I'd rather avoid that one if possible).

If it ain't broke - don't fix it was my motto when it came to my banged up, well used/loved 2nd Gen. Nano (4gb) - it served its purpose perfectly. But, now it IS broken... sort of.

I want to set up a 3gal nano reef tank (possible slightly larger, up to 10gal).
I want the system to be as aesthetically pleasing as possible, namely by keeping any equipment out of sight.
Could I just drill two holes in the tank, and use a powerful external canister filter, to filter the water and provide water movement? Or is a seperate powerhead necessary?
In addition, is there an external way of heating the water, without the use of a sump?
Thanks a lot.

Creative Zen Nano 1gb— The damned thing's stopped resuming where I left off. Creative's customer support has been useless.
For troubleshooting recommendations, please keep in mind that I have a Mac, but I use it mostly as a USB drive that can play mp3s.

Does the iPod Nano (2nd generation) work as a mass usb storage device ON MAC? The answers I found suggest it does this only on Windows. Oddly Apple's own specs say nothing about it. But many reviews mention it.

Super-specific obsolete iPod question: I recently got a refurbed 1G iPod Nano, which I was using in conjunction with an AirPlay^2 transmitter that has stopped working (and was never great in the first place). It looks like my cheapest alternatives are the discontinued Griffin Nanotrip (which doesn't even show up on their support pages) and their iTrip Auto. Does anyone have experience with these?

I have an iPod Nano and I love the 'shuffle' feature -- except -- I can't figure out how to make 'shuffle' EXCLUDE certain types of tracks. I.E.: I have audio book chapters on the iPod, kept in playlists; but during music 'shuffle' these random chapters get thrown in to the music mix and I don't need that! Anybody got a clue? Thanks.

Yesterday, I decided to purchase an iTrip nano to use on my commute to the office I'm contracting at. I'm aware of the fact that, as an FM transmitter, there is going to be some static -- especially in a city such as Dallas. This, however, seems insane!
