Which song is this? A very very 80s hit song with a frog in the music video. Google gives me crazy frog! :(

I love listening to the groaning music of Mark Morgan (the Fallout soundtracks) and Lustmord (dark, dark ambient) while I read. I've been trying to find some similar music, but last.fm insists that Mark Morgan is like all other game soundtrack composers and Lustmord is akin to gothic wailing*.
So I turn to you. What other artists make music with this grinding, eerie, screetchingly dark post-apocalyptic quality?
* Nothing wrong with gothic wailing, just not when I'm reading.

Say I wanted to fill the genre tags of my whole mp3 library automatically.
Say I trusted the
last.fm community enough to use the three most used tags for a certain song/album listed there (for example:
New Order's Ceremony would get "80s" "new wave" and "post-punk").
Say I wanted to do this automatically.
Say I had a Mac.
How would I go about this?

HelpMeFindThisSongFilter: while in Italy I heard an Italian song that was a bit rap-ish, in the sense that the performers were more or less talking to the music. The only part of the lyrics I could discern was "La cosa nostra, la cosa nostra, la cosa nostra". I asked the lady behind the bar what it was and she couldn't tell me, but vaguely seemed to remember it was by
& . Something like Paolo and Frederico, although most likely not those names. Help?

Any suggestions for spanish/portuguese hiphop/rap like you can hear in Gotan Project's Mi Confesión (Coxmoz) or Bajofondo Tango Club's Miles de Pasajeros?
Similar arabic hiphop would be welcome as well.

My grandmother is 82 years old. She's in great health, physically as well as mentally, is active, nothing is wrong with her memory. She is, however, turning very deaf.
Now for a week or so she's been hearing music. She thought it was the neighbours, but when hearing people go into her house they don't hear a thing. She hears (nice) music and can actually recognise some of the tunes (one is "Jealousy", a song she used to sing a lot). Does anyone know what is going on?
I live in a different country and my dad, who lives close to her, is going to check things out, but I'd like to know if any of you know anything about this kind of thing.
