Can you help me pick out a new multifunction printer/fax/scanner? My (small business) office printer died. It's okay, I hated it anyways. But I need to buy a new one pretty much immediately. Every printer gets mediocre reviews online (and rightfully so, they're all awful in their own special ways)-- but I'm hoping someone here can make a recommendation? Specs included.

I work in a medium-small office (under 20 employees) in Toronto, and it's about time we looked for a new copier machine/contract. The problem is, I have never knows a copier dealer to maintain a good relationship with a small business. I've always attributed this to the fact that being a small and basically not-for-profit business, we have no leverage (I've had the same problem in other offices in the same line of work). The service people have always, in my experience, shown up late and not fixed underlying problems. Please recommend both machines and dealers (lease and service) in Toronto that will not drag its heels for a small business!

Where can I find the cheapest, most reliable, multifunction network duplex printer that is mac-compatible? (Don't need fax.) I am not looking to spend much more than $200 - is that even possible?

It's printer time! Yaaay! *fanfare* *cows explode* I have an "All in One" or "Multifunction" printer. This means it can fax, scan, copy, and print in color. I can't say I use it a lot, but when I have needed it the most, the fax, scan, and copy pieces have been wonderful to have. So I want to buy another one. Problem is, HP, Canon, Epson, Brother, Lexmark, Dell, and the rest all use different benchmarks. Any AiO fans out there?
