Is there an off-the-shelf MSExcel function or 2.0 tool that will allow me to "return" a US City/State based on 5-digit US postal codes. I have 160 postal code queries to perform. The postal code data is in MSExcel. Something like
this. I do not have MSAccess and I am a Mac user.

I have a very large MS Excel spreadsheet in Mac Office 2008 (yuk). I want to find every cell that contains bold text and append an asterisk to it -- i.e. "
bold cell text" becomes "bold cell text*". I can probably find a Windows machine if necessary. How can this be done automatically?

I'm looking for a good, but very basic Excel tutorial. I'm somewhat familar with computers at large, but suddenly faced with an office productivity application my eyes are rolling up in my head and I'm drooling liberally.

ExcelFilter: I want to determine if a given value is in a range of cells. A simple true/false evaluation would be sufficient, though returning a reference to the cell might be nice.
