emusic.com??

Anybody used or familiar with a music download service called emusic.com? I saw a TV ad for this the other night and checked it out. It is a subscription service for what appears to be independent bands/labels. Is it worth it? All the downloads are mp3's and once you have them there is no restriction on burning them or loading them on players including iPods. They do offer a 25 song free trial.

Trying to find rare mp3's

Years ago, I download two short free electronic/ambient mp3's from MP3.com, "flat eric's dream" and "reverie river". One of them was by grumblebunny. I love them, but I batch processed them through a noise filter and garbled them. Does anyone know where I could find them now? Also, is there any free program that would de-garble my mp3's?
