I'm asking on her behalf because 1) I'm taking this sooo personally because I don't think the situation is fair; This to me is no longer about a mouse, it's about a control freak landlord, but anyway. and 2) I also don't think it can wait for her to sign up on AskMeFi and wait the one week it takes for her to ask it herself. We just signed a year long lease on a very nice house but haven't moved in yet. The lease started on Tuesday, the checks are cashed by the landlord, and the walkthrough in the bright light of day was fine. The landlord assured us that there were no bug problems (except termites in the past, which have been treated).
