I'm not sure exactly what to call this. I'm collecting examples of obvious miscommunications in movie production that no one cared enough about to get fixed. I noticed one of them in the movie Friends with Benefits. Can you help me find this clip online? [more inside]

Does anyone know how to hunt down an animated film they used to (or still do) show at the Smithsonian's National Museum of Natural History? It was attached to the marine life/oceans exhibit and was about the origins of life and natural selection. Absent finding a copy of the film online, does anyone else remember seeing this? A few months ago I came across an animated movie documenting the development of a wiki page. Essentially it was made up of screen grabs generated by going through the edit history of a document. Much googling and MeFi/Boingboing searching hasn't amounted to much. Anyone know where this is? Am I imagining this? Also: Does anyone know of an easy way to create a similar animation with a PMWiki page?

It depicted a depressed factory worker who invented some physical, manufacturable form of Happiness. He was happy with his invention for a time, sharing it with friends, but eventually started his own factory making his new Happiness to become rich, at which point he became depressed again.
