I'm looking for Moleskine cases that fit the 13x21cm aka large size like you can get a case for a hardcover bible. Something that holds the cover itself and also has space for a pen or two, at the very least, though I also often need to carry discs and other small things around. Not something like this.
I've looked but I feel like I'm poking around the edges of the search unsuccessfully.

What do you use your paper notebooks for? I was recently gifted with several beautiful notebooks and also acquired various notebooks over the past year. I am having trouble figuring out great and practical uses for all of them. Hivemind, lay on me your notebook wisdom. [more inside]

For those that keep a journal/diary/sketch book: When you start a new book, how do you continue to track and use the good ideas and projects in your old books that you'd like to pursue? [more inside]

I'm looking for an asymmetrical moleskine-like notebook. Roughly 8"x5", leather-bound, and I'd like it to have a grid on the left-hand pages and either ruled or blank on the right-hand pages. (Or vice-versa.) Does anyone make anything like this?

I have a graph-ruled Moleskine that is begging to be turned into a compendium of obscure, fascinating, and perhaps occasionally useful reference material. Some of the things I want to put in there are Rubik's Cube algorithms, keys to reading non-Latin alphabets, some simple math formulas (Trachtenberg math, e.g.), rules of thumb for estimating distance/altitude, and whatever else. I'm imagining the user would bust it out of his/her bag and use the knowledge within to solve a wide range of MacGyver/James Bond/bar bet problems. An intellectual "Swiss army knife", if you will.
Any and all ideas are welcome!

Looking for a Moleskine-like book - blank pages, but with bigger pages and more pages than your average Moleskine. What type of book should I get? Bonus points if you know a store in downtown Toronto that sells it. [more inside]

I live in the East Bay, and I'd like to get my new moleskine notebook laser etched with my own design. There has got to be somewhere in the bay I can go get this done for a reasonable price (I'm not paying 40 bucks for a modofly job). I know at the maker faire shopbot had a whole station set up for stuff like this and it was free there. Any ideas?

What is a good handheld electronic device to replace keeping all of my notes split between my Moleskine notebook and a word doc on my desktop? I need something that I can enter notes into directly and also import information into from my computer (and export a backup copy back to the computer). [more inside]

Not to be a total "hipster doofus" (are we still using that one?)
, but I got a pocket-sized Moleskine
for Christmas, and I'd like to get a pen that would be forever with it. Like, hooked onto the cover or something, so that I always have a pen with my notebook. Suggestions?

I purchased a Moleskine notebook yesterday (previously discussed at length in this MeFi thread
), and I have a feeling that it will be the first of many--overblown marketing aside, the design of these things really is excellent. But $11 for a pocket-size notebook is pretty expensive. Where's the cheapest place online to find them? Bulk purchasing is a possibility.

Moleskine -- why the fuss?
It's just a notebook. The heritage? (Hemingway & etc.)
