How is Dolphin Browser (formerly Dolphin HD) going to make money? It seems to be a company with no revenue plan. Should I be worried?

I use Verizon Wireless and my two years are up on one of my phones and I am looking to keep the cost under $100. I can get a refurbished Samsung Fascinate for $19.99 and it looks like a good phone. I can also get Samsung Stratosphere or a Droid X2 for $99.99. With my two year plan those look like my three best buys. Are the refurbished phones ever worth a darn? I bought a refurbished laptop over three years ago and it's running great still. All three are rated high and look OK but another few opinions won't hurt.

Is 200 MB enough? I got an Ipod Touch for my birthday. It does have WiFi access but I don't want to have to run into a cafe every time I need to look something up online. So I'm in the market for a mobile WiFi hotspot and a wireless data plan. The cheapest plans available -- and I'm all about the cheap -- typically offer you c. 200 MB a month.

Can I port my existing AT&T Wireless cell phone number to a new Comcast Digital Voice land line account?
The 1-800-Comcast customer support rep. said no, but the
FCC says "you can switch telephone service providers, including interconnected Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) providers, and keep your existing phone number".
What's the final verdict? Anyone have experience with this?

Does DoCoMo still have a showroom in Tokyo? I've found many web references to this fabled window into the future but I can't find the address anywhere. Are there any other places/shops in Tokyo that would be of interest to somebody who wants to learn about the latest mobile developments in Japan and about their mobile culture?

What's the best wireless phone service for the NYC area?
I'm as fed up with Verizon as the next guy, but my limited experience with an iPhone in Manhattan left me with dropped/missed calls and very intermittent access to maps, etc. (unless already cached).
Putting aside fun features that
usually work, and imagining your life depended on receiving or making a phone call, which network would you choose?*
*Please speak from experience with a carrier and nevermind the silly games they play (e.g., crippling bluetooth, etc.); I simply need a service that doesn't miss or drop calls.
