I checked "Don't ask me again" when dragging one artist into another in WMP11 on vista in order to change all the names from one to another (to combine "the beatles" and "beatles" into one, in this case), expecting it to just do it without asking in the future, but now I've lost this functionality altogether. How can I re-enable it?

Is it possible to trim Vista Breadcrumb sections so that the breadcrumb bar doesn't clip off most of the path in long titles? I.e. anything over say, 10 characters gets cropped, so that long paths can be shown?
Also, is there a way to fix the glitchy second row of tabs in firefox? I want the second row of tabs to have the same height as the first, so that graphics don't go all screwy.

I have a macro that takes an un-styled document, and tries to put text into the right styles based on what its formatting is.
But, if the document already has some scheme of styles, the macro doesn't work very well.
So, I would like to transform a Word document into an un-styled version of itself-- but one that retains ALL of the original formatting (italics, small caps, font size, spacing).
What would be the most correct way to do this?
I have Word 2003 (which the macro needs) and 2007, as well as Word 2008 for Mac.
Also-- HTML doesn't work, as it doesn't retain small caps.

I've just bought a
Microsoft Wireless Entertainment Keyboard 7000, which comes with the matching mouse (8000). It works great with my Windows XP computer, as long as the computer is on. Once I switch the computer off and attempt to restart, the Bluetooth connection is lost and the computer won't start, citing the lack of a keyboard as the reason. Only by repeatedly fiddling and resynching can I get the computer started up. Can anyone suggest how I bond these three devices in permanent holy matrimony?

Would you like to save your document as Rescued Document X?" Nothing works. There's plenty of hard drive space. There are no other open documents. What's going on?

Microsoft Word woe -- I have Word for the Mac (2002) version....Anyway, everytime I open up a cover letter with a previous date, it automatically updates the date. I have checked all the auto format settings and I suspect it has something to do with a macro. But when I go into using some sorta macro, it asks me to install visual basic...I get a bit more confused at this point...anybody else have this trouble with dates?
