I have one calendar, in Outlook. I'd like to view and be able to print a calendar that ONLY lists certain types of appointments: ones that occur on weekends, and ones where I am out of the office (whether I'm out of office on weekends or not). As a bonus, I'd like to have the option to view this special calendar in Outlook, but I'd settle for being able to print it. Basically, I want to view my calendar WITHOUT my Monday to Friday work meetings on it. Is this possible?
I will be reinstalling mac OSX Yosemite because of constant problems with it but I am looking to retain the folders that have been previosuly created to organise my mails. I am using Outlook 2011 as my mail client. Does using: File - Export - selecting outlook for mac data file (.olm), when imported back, retain the previous folder structure that I have used to organise my mails? If not could anyone suggest how I could keep the existing folder organisation? Many thanks!

I am still using Office 2003 for personal use. It meets my limited needs perfectly well, and I want to avoid learning curves and costs associated with alternatives if at all possible. I understand that Microsoft will no longer be issuing security patches for it soon, so there are potential risks in continuing to use it, but how serious are those risks given my actual pattern of use? And can they be easily mitigated by avoiding various features or behavior? [more inside]
I own my own business. After a screen crack on a lap top, I bought a new laptop. I also bought Office 2013, with Outlook. How can I get a single inbox? It wants to set up multiple inboxes and I do not want to have to check different inboxes. I had a single inbox on my Outlook 2010. Every link I see on Google has ridiculous levels of power user requirements that I have neither the time nor the ability to do. Can anyone help? Running Windows 8 on an HP Pavilion.

Does anyone know of any third party add-ons or software for Outlook/Exchange that works as type of a "assistant". What I'm looking for is software that will scan incoming messages based on a list of approved contacts. If a message from one of these approved contacts hits the mailbox, the message will continue to the inbox. If it does not, it will be routed to another folder in the mailbox that the person's admin will have access to. The admin will then have the option to click a link in the email (after review of the message) that will release it into the executive's mailbox and also have the option to add the address to the approved contacts list. Also, if the executive replies to the message, it will also be automatically added to the approved contacts list. I'm hoping there is something out there that we can use to help manage an executive's mailbox.

I've got a bunch of (important) single .msg files that I want to read on my Mac (10.5.x). Any advice? Is there an easier way to select a group of emails in Outlook and extract their header information to a file or to the clipboard - together, all at once? An Outlook plugin perhaps? Outlook's method sucks because you can only get one header at a time via right-click and view options. I've got a load of spam that I need to send to my host for investigation.

Is there a way to annotate email messages in Microsoft Outlook 2003? I am using a plain old laptop, so I'm not looking for tablet software. If there is a built-in way to do it, that would be great, but add-in software is fine too. (The cheaper the better.) I'd prefer annotation methods that don't modify the contents of the original message.
