Can you recommend men's undershirts (preferably v-neck, possibly tank) as an alternative to cotton tees?

This has some echoes of
my question from about a year ago, but I'm looking for some more help. I've found that the "long sleeve shirt untucked" look works well for me on weekends, but I am having a heck of a time finding appropriate shirts.

Boyfriend has a solid-colored teal silk necktie he was forced to buy for a wedding. He says he'll never wear it again in it's current state as it is too "prom-y". Anything I can do to either a) make the tie more interesting (ex. a pattern) and thus wearable or b) put it to some other crafty use?

I'm in my 20s and a man and I have a lot of trouble coming up with reasonably in style
outfits. I'm looking for pictures of outfits with links to buy each component. Ideally, these would not be tied to any one brand (so, not Gap's looks for spring or something). Basically: "Wear theses things together and here is where you can find them."

Greetings,
I am looking for multiple sources for unique mens boots. I have a bit of a boot addiction so I am looking for GREAT sources. I have found things I love at Fluevog and Cydwog recently. For an idea of what I like right now, I saw these while hunting today:
these
and
These
I don't mind if they are "further out" than the links I provided.
I like clean and stylish or rugged and stylish usually.
Any funky, Bold, unusual boot links welcome.
Thanks,
SG

I'm trying to figure out if it's possible to buy reasonably priced mens clothing online. To be a little more specific, I am a college student who doesn't have a ton of money to spend, but I'd like to get the largest bang possible for my buck as far as clothes go. The sort of stuff I'm looking for fits somewhere on the spectrum between what Urban Outfitters has to offer, and what Tom Waits wears - if that makes any sense. I'm mostly covered in the pants department at the moment, so stuff like shirts, shoes, and socks are what I'm interested in.

Men: I really need your cross-training workout clothing recommendations. I have started spending about 2-3 hours a day in the gym in my quixotic quest to eat chocolate again and the ride-up factor in my polyester shorts is becoming a major burden. Shirts, shorts, other equipment that will make long hours at the gym pleasant and comfortable are gratefully accepted. Please: no fitness tips!

Men's suit-filter: Went to the tailor to get a couple of my suit jackets looked at. They told me that it wasn't that the shoulder was too tight (which I'd thought was the problem), but it was that the there wasn't enough room in the sleeve, in the area around my triceps. And upon opening up the inside of the sleeve, the tailor pronounced that there wasn't enough fabric to make the sleeve significantly bigger.
Is there any way around this? Thanks MeFites!

Seattle or Eastside: Recommendations for a hairdresser specializing in trendy cuts for men, despite the formidable obstacle of seriously thinning hair. This may be my last chance to look young, hot, and fashionable, before my hair declares to the world the world "Going on middle aged and should know better by now!".
I have long hippy hair that has never been fashionable. It's disappearing and I'd like a trendy cut at least once before it's too late. It may already be too late. I fear a stylist is going to misjudge how thin it is (the length disguises this) and botch it. So: Who is a miracle-worker hairstylist who can give guys makeovers to hotness?
