The left side of my head hurts. It feels like a headache when I nod my head or have jerky vertical movements. It's been feeling like this for a few months. I'm not sure what's going on. I'm a singer, so I sing with my whole body which includes my head. So, is there a doctor in the house?

My throat has been having a lot phlegm. I'm a singer and I don't know if it has to do with any dairy products I'm consuming. I haven't had a cold for several months so I'm not sure how to get rid of this problem? Any suggestions?
