I have a CPAP machine, a REMStar Plus, and I'd like to adjust the settings on it to turn it down since I've recently lost a lot of weight. I can't get to my clinic to do this since I'm currently in Nepal. Anyone have any suggestions on how to do this?

Strep throat and/or pharyngitis question: I'm in Nepal in the midst of an uprising and I've been fighting off a throat thing for months. It's difficult to go see an ENT specialist during a general strike, so I thought maybe someone could give me some medical advice. More inside. [more inside]
