I broke a part of my car's tire valve (the TPMS sensor, maybe?), dropped my car off at the tire shop and realized I have no idea how much this will set me back. Does anyone have an idea what these repairs might run me?

A friend just moved to the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas and he needs a good mechanic for his 745i. A non dealer BMW mechanic is preferred as I've learned from personal experience that while BMW dealer shops are always more expensive they aren't always as knowledgeable.
