<title>Error connecting to MDDB server - what does it mean?</title>
	<link>http://ask.metafilter.com/43762/Error%2Dconnecting%2Dto%2DMDDB%2Dserver%2Dwhat%2Ddoes%2Dit%2Dmean</link>
<description>When I&apos;m using a browser I keep getting a message that pops up to say: &quot;Error connecting to MDDB server to get next informer URI:http:// etc. etc /nextSyncInformer?maxHops=3&#xa3;maxDate=2006-08-06T&quot; and stuff I don&apos;t want to type on here because it might give my identity away or something. What does it mean and how can I stop it?</description>
