ExcelMacroFilter: Writing a macro that imports a series of .csv files into their own worksheets in the same workbook in Excel 2007 would save me ridiculous amounts of time. I have written a macro to import the files and rename the worksheet accordingly, but I'm new to VBA and can't for the life of me work out how to get Excel to automatically repeat the import from File_1.csv to File_x.csv. Help please? [more inside]

Help me with this Urban Planning problem. I live in your typical bedroom community on the perimeter of a large metropolitan area. We have about 30,000 residents and a lot going for us in terms of community and location. We're going to get hooked up on the regions new commuter rail system, but it's on the far side of the community and I don't see it getting much use without a feeder system of some kind. Our regional mass transit system sucks otherwise; so we're on our own to develop an intra-community system that will keep our community vibrant, green, and support commuter rail. [more inside]

I need a crystal-clear transparent liquid that is as heavy (dense) or heavier than water, not dangerous, and not difficult to obtain. The heavier the better. The catch - it can't be water-based. [more inside]

I am planning a trip to Chicago this weekend, and my goal is to learn the L by picking fun stops across the city (my husband and I are ex-New Yorkers who love mass transit.) What are some suggestions for fun places to shop/eat/sight-see that are close to L stops? Our starting point is Diversey and N Clark, but we hope to cover a lot of territory. Please include descriptions about your recommendations and (of course) the nearest L station name.

Our company has been using Gmail’s SMTP servers without issue for the last couple years for sending our ecommerce clients emails that read “A customer has placed an online order on your web site. Over a year ago, MeFi users described how it was possible to mass import addresses into MySpace from your address book. Now, scouring the site as described in the original post, I can't find this function. Have they removed it? Is there an automated tool / hack I could use to check if anyone from my address book has a MySpace profile? I'd raher not do it manually. address by address.

I'm attending a Catholic funeral in a couple of days. I'm not Catholic. I know that I shouldn't take communion or recite the Nicene Creed, but what about the rest of the service? Do I stand and kneel when everybody else does, or do I stay seated? What's the proper etiquette for the whole affair?

I'm trying to register my van in Boston Mass. and the insurance laws are crazy. I have insurance already with my car in Colorado but it won't due in Boston. I really don't want to pay an arm and leg to insure and register this van because I will probably sell it in the next year or so. What is the most inexpensive way to go about this?

Something I've never understood. It takes a giant rocket to achieve escape velocity and leave the Earth. The Apollo mission made it all the way to the moon. But in all the pictures I've ever seen, the only thing they've got on the moon is a lander, a small capsule on legs. Where's the rocket they used to get off the moon? How did they get off the moon? I know the moon is much smaller and has almost no atmosphere, but is leaving it really as easy as firing a few booster rockets? Why is the rocket to leave the Earth so much bigger?
