I recently discovered that I really enjoy hiking. I live in Maryland, and would like to experience some good hikes in the state. Ideally hikes at a moderate level of intensity that could accommodate a group of five or six. These would be weekend hikes, and the less crowded the better. [more inside]
Mr. Pterodactyl and I have realized we enjoy trying and learning new things together. We especially like it if we can take a short lesson or a few short lessons first. What are some (not outrageously expensive) things we could try? [more inside]
How do I pick the right therapist to help with my anxiety, stress, indecisiveness, and perfectionist tendencies? What kinds of therapy/techniques/approaches might be most helpful? How do I quickly assess whether to stick with someone or look elsewhere? What are reasonable expectations of how much I can improve in therapy and how quickly? Any suggestions? Thanks!
