I have a list of several hundred complete U.S. street addresses. For each record, I need to identify another record with the nearest address (in road distance), and its distance from the subject record’s address. Is there a free, easy way to accomplish this?

Mapping question: I have a list of (imaginary) cities. I also know each city's as-the-crow-flies distance from every
other city on the list. Based on this data alone, I would like to create a (hypothetical) map that shows all of these cities in their proper locations. I recognize that that the map's "rotation" would be arbitrary based on where & how you start plotting, but it seems that you should be able to plot out the relationships between cities properly. Is there software that can help me do this?

An odd search question; how would I go about looking up something like, "Give me a list of major cities (100,000 population or more) with 2000km of Tulsa, OK". My googlefu is failing me.

Is there a google maps hack that will draw a circle around a given location to show a radius of distance (by mileage or time) around that location?
