I am looking for suggestions for a restaurant in midtown Manhattan for a weekday lunch gathering of 3 visually-impaired folks (one with a dog) and another person (me) using a mobility scooter. We would like to find a spot between Port Authority and Penn Station. We'd like a place that's relatively inexpensive and not too noisy.
