How do I get rid of the ol' man boobies?

I got man boobs. Yet, I do not want man boobs. How do I get rid of said male boobage? They're not too bad... A cup, maybe? I'm 170lbs @ 5'8", so I'm not really over weight per se, but I'm tired of having them. What kind of exercises can I do to get rid of my man boobs? I'm looking for things I can do at home. Thanks, hive (double thanks for not judging).

Would you recommend liposuction for manboobs?

Does anyone here have personal experience with liposuction for male breast reduction? I've lost a ton of weight recently, but still carry around fat in the chest, way out of proportion with the rest of my body. I've got a consultation with a liposuction doctor this week, but I'm just wondering ... have any men here actually had this procedure done? Did it work well for you? Would you recommend it? Any questions I ought to ask at the consultation?

I'm a guy and I seem to be growing tits, how do I make this stop?

I'm a guy and I seem to be growing tits, how do I make this stop? I'm in my mid twenties, male, 5'8" 152lbs as of two weeks ago and not taking any unusual medications. I lead a sedentary life style, which is probably part of the problem, and I'm about 15lbs heavier than I was this time last year. I quit smoking, you see. What worries me is where the extra fat has been deposited especially since the last five or so pounds seem to have gone to form rather unattractive breasts. Not large but they cast a shadow on my stomach and I've been with at least one girl with a flatter chest than the one I now sport. What can I do to reverse this growth? I took off five pounds a few months ago, regained it since, but when I dropped the weight it didn't seem to resolve the issue. If I do push ups I'll just tone my chest, won't I? Not remove the fat. Short of surgery what can I do? Are there particular foods that might account for this growth? Estrogen in the drinking water? Are there molds or chemicals or laundry detergents? I live in a shit hole apartment, could lead paint give a man pronounced buds?

Sorry for the crudity of my posting style, the subject matter brings it out in me.

Please help, this is getting worrying and slightly embarrassing.

Uh-Oh! Man-boobs. Help!

Uh-Oh! Man-boobs. Help! I have recently lost quite a bit of weight and now I'm at a much more manageable 210lbs (6'2"). While I still have a bit of a belly I am not too concerned with it (I'm working on it). However, when I wear tighter sweaters/t-shirts I have visible, much-feared, psuedo-man-boobs. They're not DD's or anything (anymore) but wearing tighter tops doesn't leave much to the imagination.

Are there any kind of undershirts I could wear to, um, well, compress them or make them less apparent? I'm talking less Seinfeld (the bro) and more practical. A friend suggested Under Armor since it's so tight. But I'd like to know if there's anything else that comes to mind.

Woz? More like Was, am I rite?!

What's the appeal of Steve Wozniak? He's everywhere these days and many nerds love him. To me, he seems like manboy who has managed to ride his Segway Polo-playing well beyond his 15 minutes of fame. He preoccupies himself with toys, is an awkward conversationalist (see here) and generally resembles a larger, mouth-breathing version of The 40 Year Old Virgin.

Seriously... what's the deal?

Pec Me Up!

Might manboobs ever become bodacious pecs? [More inside...] The bane of my genetic existence are two fleshy mounds on my chest---the same fleshy mounds you will find on my father, my brother and my late grandfather. It is the curse of the family manboobs.

These aren't fat-related manboobs. I'm actually quite skinny--people constantly comment on it--yet I still stare down at my chest when wearing tight fitting clothes (or even not so tight fitting clothes) and see two fleshy lumps poking out for the world to mock and ridicule.

My friends tell me I'm crazy, that I don't have manboobs. But my friends are liars. I have manboobs.

My question, though, involves working out. I've been working out a lot this year. Not a ton, no. But I've done a relative amount of chest exercises as well as some good regular running on the treadmill. My body is starting to come together. I'm like a newfangled Fabio, except a Fabio with manboobs.

And that's the thing. I'm starting to think that genetic manboobs (as opposed to weight-related manboobs) don't follow the rules of hard work yielding good results. The shape of my manboobs is disconcerting. Looking down at my chest, starting at the left side, they slope upwards at the first hill of my chest "M" (as in my chest looks like the letter M) and then come back down in a much wider arch. It's unnatural. And I don't think chest exercise or push-ups will cure it.

Has anyone else cured their genetic manboobs? Any glimmer of hope?
