Help me find an online file manager that doesn't suck! Everything I've found so far falls into two categories, either (a) sucking, a lot, or (b) requiring, for inexplicable reasons, a database backend. I'm currently accepting any recommendations for a simple, lightweight, web-based task management system. I do not need full project management capabilities, but I would like the ability to track time spent. In lieu of finding a suitable system, I would also solicit any web UI designers to work with me to build the aforementioned application (if a suitable one does not exist) and release it as open source.
