I am new to this so this may be a very basic question. I am starting a mailing list of about 1000 people with 3-4 subgroups. I want to structure it so that people working for me can design and send out campaigns but I want to find a way by which they can't download the mailing list and share it with others or use it for purposes other than my campaigns. Is there a way to do this?
If not in MailChimp can I do it in another software?

I'm going in for my first surgery ever in a week or two and have two different questions...
1) can a person get "life insurance" that covers surgery? Short term, specific type.
2) is there a way to write out notes to folks (emails, things to be printed) and have an automatic delivery system if for any reason I don't stop the delivery?

I understand that there are three different ways to adhere postage for bulk nonprofit mailings. Permit imprint, pre-canceled stamps or a postage meter. However we are getting conflicting information from our local post office and the USPS. Can we print postage with the meter at the non-profit rate and not use the permit imprint number?

Is there an simple/free way to list all of the residential mailing address surrounding a specific address or within a specific postal code area? (ie. What are all of the residential mailing addresses within a 1 mile radius of 123 Main St., Anytown USA?).
I know that I can always purchase a mailing list, etc. but I was hoping someone knew of a clever way to find this information online. I do not need the residents name, just the mailing address. Any suggestions?

I'm moving a fairly large mailing list from Yahoo groups to Google groups. I'm wondering if there is a nice way to move the large message archive. I have all the messages on my machine in eml/txt/mbox format. How can I get all these messages over to Google Groups? My best idea is to write a script that parses the From field and message body from the email, then masquerades as that user to send the message to the google groups address, but I was wondering if someone can think of something better.
