A problem return on eBay...

I purchased an "officially" refurbished laptop from a high volume seller on eBay. Unfortunately, the laptop arrived with a cracked screen. I initiated a return, which the seller accepted, but there was never an option to print a mailing slip. Instead, the status of the return went instantly to: "Shipping, in transit" with a tracking number, while the computer sits on my table. What is going on and what do I do about it?

Anything Better Than Plain Old Signup Sheets For Collecting Emails?

Mrs. Cowlick will be at a flea market this weekend selling her wares. During past events, she's simply has folks sign their email addresses on paper to join her mailing lists but many emails are either illegible or just plain misspelled. Has anyone tried a different way to collect emails? We were going to feed these emails to Mailchimp if that matters.

Turning a giant spreadsheet of order info into "Here's your order info!"

I have a giant excel spreadsheet with ~2200 customers worth of order details for a Kickstarter. The details are complex; I have around 60 products I'm delivering, and I'd like to send everyone an email with their individual orders before I start shipping them out. How do I do this? I'm planning on outsourcing this job, but I'd like to know a bit more about who I'm trying to hire (An excel expert? A mailing list person? Some other platform I don't know about?)

Sending Small Package NYC -> London

What's the cheapest way to send a small-ish (<5lb, maybe 6"x6"x6") box from NYC to London (for delivery to a lab with a receptionist) within a week or less? I could easily price USPS, UPS, and FEDEX, but I've heard there are smaller int'l carriers.

How can I keep my mailchimp list private

I am new to this so this may be a very basic question. I am starting a mailing list of about 1000 people with 3-4 subgroups. I want to structure it so that people working for me can design and send out campaigns but I want to find a way by which they can't download the mailing list and share it with others or use it for purposes other than my campaigns. Is there a way to do this? If not in MailChimp can I do it in another software?
