How do I stop my aunt from using my name on/in forms?

My troublemaker aunt is using my name to fill out forms. She has a long history of alcoholism and possibly some mental problems, and I have no way of contacting her other than Facebook (I think). How do I get her to stop? Is this illegal in any way? [more inside]

Someone is using our mailbox to steal money...

Someone is using our address to take out loans and not pay them. It continues to go on, despite marking the letters "Not At This Address" and sending them back. Is there anything more we can do? [more inside]

Odd credit card mail

In yesterday's mail there was a letter from a credit card company. It had my address with another person's name. What are the possible reasons for this and what actions (if any) should I take? [more inside]

id fraud or simple misdelivery?

My friend just got a paycheck in the mail. It had obviously been opened and then scotch-taped back up. Also, it arrived a couple days later than she expected it. Inside was the intact paycheck and stub. Problem is the stub also had her full name, SSN #, and of course salary and workplace. Should she be worried? If this was ID theft why would they have taped it back up? I'm curious too about what may have happened here.
