I have a subfolder of emails in my inbox that I need to print and/or save as one single pdf. How do I do this? I thought it would be as easy as 'select all' and then 'print' but it would appear Hotmail doesn't provide any such option although I'm sure there used to be.
I just tried to set up Apple Mail on my laptop and it insists on downloading the whole !@#$% archive for every account I link to it. Googling around, I get the sense this is a common complaint. Is there some kind of Apple Mail or Outlook alternative that will let me configure a Gmail account and an Exchange account to download all NEW mail but not any OLD mail? I'd be willing to pay for it. I don't need much functionality--mostly something that'll work when I'm offline. I use Outlook for work on my Mac (El Capitan 10.11.6). There seems to be no way to make the computer have Outlook be the default client, so this is a last-ditch attempt to find an answer. According to Microsoft, in theory you just open the Mail app and then use Mail's preferences to choose Outlook as the default. It doesn't work. You can tell Mail to use Outlook at the default, but it reverts back to Mail almost immediately without you telling it to. What am I missing? [more inside]

I need to mail (via USPS) a manila envelope to someone important in lower Manhattan. And I need to know for sure when it will arrive, so I can email him same-day notice of its imminent arrival, so he watches for it and it doesn't sink into a pile of other mailings. If I drop it at a post office in his zip code (10007) the previous afternoon, am I assured he'll get it the next day? I am trying to back up my Gmail account to my home computer, a MacBook Pro. I am able to sync the account and have downloaded most of my messages/attachments, but the native Mac mail program only downloads messages as far back as 2006. (My Gmail account goes back to 2004.) Disk space is not a problem. I have also made sure the setting for limiting the number of messages to download is not checked. Any other ideas? Thanks!
I will be reinstalling mac OSX Yosemite because of constant problems with it but I am looking to retain the folders that have been previosuly created to organise my mails. I am using Outlook 2011 as my mail client. Does using: File - Export - selecting outlook for mac data file (.olm), when imported back, retain the previous folder structure that I have used to organise my mails? If not could anyone suggest how I could keep the existing folder organisation? Many thanks!
I am half remembering an interesting fact...please help me remember the whole thing. I seem to remember their was a business (a bar maybe, or a store chain?) that had a policy of allowing actors without a permanent address to receive mail at their business. I think it is/was a long tradition, can't remember if the business was related to theatre or not. Thanks!

My wife and I moved into our first home in March of this year. Baydin's website only works with gmail or with Google Apps.
