Where can I find articles online that deal with the "culture poaching" or "culture jamming" associated with machinima? Also, if you can, please refer me to some recently popular clips. Thanks.

What's the best game engine to use for producing footage that's truly royalty-free?

I want to include some fabricated video game footage into a commercial video piece. My main concern, though, is copyright issues -- what's the best game engine to use for producing footage that's truly royalty-free? [more inside]

Counterstrike Machinima: deagle video to Tool's Parabol/Parabola

A ways back, and I think this was about 5 years ago, there was a short video clip made using Counter-Strike (the Halflife mod) that played to the soundtrack of Parabol/Parabola by Tool. It was one counter-terrorist and one terrorist and basically just involved one guy walking over, then diving in slow-mo and firing the Desert Eagle (deagle). Couldn't find it with Google...does anyone have it or know where I can find it?
