Hi all,
I have a project I'd like to do that involves the use of
Broderbund's Load Runner game. I have a 4 year old Macbook Pro running Mountain Lion. I have found various sites to download the game, but so far none of the downloads work.

When I was in college in the mid-90s, I had a "game" (broadly defined) for my Macintosh Quadra 650 (aw yiss!) that was labeled ITA Choco.
Here's what seems to be a site by the creators (partially in Japanese, partially in 404 errors). What was the point of it? And what does the site say?

I'm trying to remember a computer game I had years back, but I can't for the life of me find it. It was a falling bricks game (like Tetris) but the pieces were one of four parts of several different faces - the hair, the eyes, the nose and mouth, and the chin and neck. The idea was to make a complete face that would then disappear from the board (again, like in Tetris). You could do mix and match faces, but you got more points for doing a whole matching face. If you let, for instance, too many mouths pile up on each other and reach the top, you lost. There were different levels, and the faces changed with each level.
Does anybody else know of this? It would have been a Mac game, sometime during the 90's. I can't have just imagined this!

Seeking Mac game recommendations. Back in the day, I enjoyed the hell out of
Oni. The mix of hand-to-hand and gunfighting, the story, the visual style. What other games might I like? I am by no stretch of the imagination a hardcore gamer.

Back in my OS 9 days, I played a game in which you controlled a factory. Raw materials would come out of a pipe somewhere, and you had to control the conveyor belts, chutes, and other machines in the factory to make a certain quota of items by the end of the day. Incorrectly made items, of course, were deducted from your score. Can anyone else remember this game, and (even better) tell me where to find it?

My gaming friends use Ventrilo to chat while playing WoW. I've downloaded the Mac version of the Ventrilo software, but when I tried to use it I got an error message stating that I had the wrong Codec, so I was unable to hear or speak to them. Is there a piece of software my friend can download for his server that would allow my mac to play with their computer? Or something that I can download for mine?

There is a vintage game called "Cosmos Osmos" for the old Mac OS and would be loaded with several floppy disc's. I have searched all over the web (including mac garden and googleing) and have been unable to find ANYTHING regarding the game. It was surely at least 15 years ago from when I owned the game and was when Mac's owned the computer world. Help find information or even the game.
