I moved to DC recently-ish, but haven't explored the restaurant scene very well. Now I have a friend coming to town next week, staying right near the Dupont Circle Metro station, and I could use some recommendations for places to eat. Can any locals help me out?

I am looking for suggestions for a restaurant in midtown Manhattan for a weekday lunch gathering of 3 visually-impaired folks (one with a dog) and another person (me) using a mobility scooter. We would like to find a spot between Port Authority and Penn Station. We'd like a place that's relatively inexpensive and not too noisy. I don't know what kind of food everyone likes, so having several places to choose from would be helpful.

What's a good, quiet place for lunch in downtown San Francisco near the Hilton Union Square? Needs to accommodate 35 to 40 people (divided into 5 or 6 groups if possible) who will be chatting over reasonably priced food (with a vegetarian option) for about 90 minutes starting at noon.

I need to do a business lunch with two or three people in Orlando near the convention center on a weekday. Previous posts suggest that the International Drive area will be a crowded mess.
