My partner is graduating from law school this May, and we need to find a nice restaurant to eat lunch at following the ceremony. Within 20 minutes driving distance from Flushing, Queens, preferred, 30 minutes max for something great.

I am looking for suggestions for a restaurant in midtown Manhattan for a weekday lunch gathering of 3 visually-impaired folks (one with a dog) and another person (me) using a mobility scooter. We would like to find a spot between Port Authority and Penn Station. We'd like a place that's relatively inexpensive and not too noisy. I don't know what kind of food everyone likes, so having several places to choose from would be helpful.
