How to anonymously send my Grandmother money? I love my Grandmother to pieces. She's one of my favorite people. She's the most charismatic woman I've ever known.. she just has a way with people. I watch her engage others in awe; she can disarm an utterly rigid stranger in a few seconds by simply bestowing her beautiful aura upon them. Pathetically, people have taken advantage of her throughout her entire life. I won't go into details because it's irrelevant, but her story is a sad one.
Anyway I'm an adult now and I'm making a good living. I want to help her out without her knowing it's me, and for the rest of her life. She would never accept financial assistance from me so I have to be stealthy. [more inside]

Husband's mental health problems led him to compulsively spend over £27,000 (about $44,000) while I supported both of us for three years. I know he'll work hard on therapy, but I don't know if I should divorce him. Should I try and forgive? [warning, long!] [more inside]

I'm looking for songs by female singers which include the trope of prioritizing money over love. I'm going fairly broad with this -- so I have "Material Girl", "Diamonds are a Girl's Best Friend", and "Shitloads of Money," but also "Maid on the Shore." I'm also willing to go a bit outside those lines -- for instance, "Ka-Ching" (Shania Twain) and "More Money Tonight" (Violent Femmes). The presence of money or other LIQUID assets is the major criterion.
What are examples of popular music which contain explicit references to prioritizing money over love?

My husband of five months and I have different attitudes towards money. He’s more money conscious that I am, at least, that’s what he calls it. I think of his “money-consciousness” as a cross between minor cheapness and money obsession. I am right now at a crossroads in the relationship and I don’t know how to solve it or whether I should even continue it. [more inside]
