Lather over Lotion?

Why does Palmer's Olive Butter Formula Lotion vary so wildly in price? In looking for a hand lotion, I noticed that their new offering began showing up in Big Lots for $2.00 for a .60 oz tube, $2.50 for a 8.5 oz bottle and $3.00 for a 17 oz pump. Besides that not making any sense, it was on the shelves throughout last winter and spring at these prices, only to disappear for about a month with only the bottle returning at twice the price (which, BTW is the same price it was selling in the grocery stories). Then it disappeared for another month and now, all three are back at last year's prices. Understandably, it is flying off the shelves, again. But (1) Why the disparity in price vs. quantity, and (2) Why even in the discount stores, was the price raised and then reduced again? I'm wondering what kind of market or corporate forces might be at work?

Is trading round lots tradition or good practice?

I have started dabbling in the stock market again, and I've been trying to figure out why conventional wisdom suggests that trading in round lots (usually of 100) is better than trading odd lots (<100). Can you help? I bought a couple of equities today in lots of 50 and 65, and didn't seem to take any penalty on either the trading fee or stock price. Nor did I encounter what seemed to be delayed trades (maybe I did, but it didn't look like it). I've also read that the practice of trading in round lots, essentially predates Internet trading and no longer needs to apply, as long as the trading fees don't become an issue. These were just brief blurbs and I am looking for solid information here. All my equities are from the New York or Toronto exchanges.

What to do with A LOT of computers?

What could one use 40 brand new laptops\desktops, 160 six month to one year old computers, and some older ones for? Hi everyone! I've been a reader for a long time. Finally made an account a few months ago and have a question I feel like asking now.

I have a lot of computers. Most of them are laptops but I have a lot of desktops too. What can I do with all of these?

Rules, Information:
They cannot be given away or sold.
I have room to turn them on all at the same time.
They are all fully functional.

Looking for Real Estate Agent in Port Charlotte, Florida.

I am looking for recommendations for a real estate agent in the Port Charlotte, Florida area. Especially helpful if the person has experience selling lots. I live in Vermont and am looking for a recommendation for an agent in the Port Charlotte, Florida area. I have been contacted by at least one big name group known for wearing yellow jackets when our listing expired last year, but just getting them to respond to emails and phone calls has been difficult. I am hoping a fellow MeFite can either recommend someone, or IS a real estate agent in the area and can help me sell a lot I inherited from my grandfather via my dad when the latter passed away a few years ago. If you are an agent please email me via my profile, otherwise I'd love to hear suggestions. Thank you.
