Just got a new gig, and want to take some potential clients to a nice lunch after a facility tour. The new gig is in Burbank, and in my experience cuisine in Burbank is limited to Frontier Wok, chain restaurants and Ikea meatballs. Please help me with suggestions of good Burbank and Burbank-adjacent restaurants for client lunches. Bonus points for healthy places where fitness-oriented clients can feel at home.
Looking for a good DJ or Band and/or Photographer in the Burbank (Los Angeles) area for a wedding this summer.
I am going to be in LA the week of August 10th, and I'm dying to see a taping of the Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. I put in a request for tickets, but the website said they are only taking reservations for September. Any MeFites have any inside tips on how to get tickets? [more inside]
I want to learn metal crafts using a scribe/jeweler or marquetry saw and soldering. I live in Los Angeles (specifically Burbank) and I've tried vocational schools but can't find any specific courses, just entire certification programs in welding & such. I'm better learning when someone experienced is teaching and not from a book. I'm willing to pay for courses...just can't find any.
Please help with my dead sprinkler heads and other lawncare problems in Burbank. [more inside]
MetaLAHotelWifiFilter: can anyone recommend a decent hotel around the $80-100 per night mark in LA - with good wireless provision? Preferably in or nearish the Burbank area...? If that price is laughable (not really sure for LA), then just decent recommendations at whatever price.
