Lollipop puppet music video?

Help me find this music video from the mid- to late-nineties. Possible data points: I believe I only saw it once, on MTV's 120 Minutes. There were Muppet-style puppets in bright colors but with a slightly out-of-date film stock, as though the video was a Sesame Street spoof. The song lyrics included the word "Lollipop". I think one scene involved refrigerator-magnet plastic letters forming a word. I believe the band was British. That's all I got, man. Half of this may be hallucinated, for I know. Can you help?

Where can I find Sigmund Freud lollipops before Friday? I live in Westchester County in NY, and I'd prefer to stick to Westchester, Rockland, Fairfield, or any other counties within a reasonable driving distance. I'd prefer not to go into Manhattan for these, if possible.

Why do banks have free lollipops (for suckers?) I remember going to the bank with my grandparents years ago and getting a DumDum from the teller right before weighing myself on the big scale with the cool gears showing through the face. My local Chase branch continues the lollipop/sucker tradition. Why do banks do this and when did it start?

In the film Bully, why is there a lollipop in the glovebox?

Bully: Why is there a lollipop in the glovebox? Recently I watched Bully and in the scene where Lisa is driving Donny and cousin Derek somewhere, Derek asks if Donny has any acid. Donny opens the glovebox and two of the things visible in the glove box are a cassette and a lollipop in an orange wrapper. Mix tapes were common enough in glove boxes, but I wonder why the lollipop is there.

I doubt it's there on accident; I just don't know why the film makers decided to put it in.

It's not a stoner pop and it doesn't look like the pain-reliever Actiq.

Is it meant to remind us (as if we needed reminding) how young the teens are? Or would Donny and Lisa have some use or need for it for some reason (perhaps related to acid and/or weed)? Is there any explanation for it?

I just ordered a box of See's Candies Gourmet Lollipops at Amazon. Based on that purchase, they recommened Al Franken's "Lies and the Lying Liars That Tell Them." Huh? I'm in OH, I just like the lollipops. Does See's have some kind of politics I don't know about?
