What is the best company formation agent to use in the UK?

What is the best company formation agent to use in the UK to form a limited company? How can I tell if a company formation agent is reliable and trustworthy and are there any reviews of them available? I would also prefer an "all in one solution" that includes a registered office too. I would like to have a solution that includes a registered office and maintenance of statutory books and the annual return.

Button won't obey finger

I am working with a laptop with one of those buttons that can enable or disable the wireless functionality. It seems that this button needs to be pressed each time that the computer is turned on, and doesn't just automatically remain on through reboots. The problem is this button will only work if it's pressed by a user with admin rights on XP and the owner is an old gentleman who needs to run Windows from within the confines of a limited user's rights. If he has admin rights the computer is filled with malware within a day. So my question is how can I temporarily elevate a limited user for 30seconds or so to allow him to press this button and for the button to have an effect, or how can I make this button obey his finger regardless of his XP user rights?

Thanks so much!

UK Ltd. company formation

Why would I pay an accountant £300 for UK limited company formation when there are services out there that do it for a tenth of the price? Help me cross the i's and dot the t's. Obviously, I'd rather spend no more than necessary, but that's secondary to making sure the process is completed properly. Any other insights are welcome.

facebook privacy setting wierdness

Is anybody else experiencing privacy setting wierdness on facebook today, or have I broken my internets? Since facebook added more privacy options, I've been a bit more 'add happy' of late.

I notice today though that all custom options of who can and can't view different sections of my profile in the 'privacy' settings have disappeared, and all sections are defaulting to 'all friends'.

IIRC when facebook implemented the recent changes to privacy settings linked above, the old 'limited profile' became a friend list called limited profile, which was automatically set to hide the same parts of your profile as it had done before. However no friend list will now save in the 'exceptions' field of customized settings.

I've tried re-applying the 'limited profile' list to the sections I don't want that list to see, but the settings just won't stick. Also a duplicate (empty) friend list called limited profile keeps appearing, despite repeated deletion.

So what the f-bomb is going on? Have I done something to break teh facebooks or am I not alone?

How can I fix my Windows XP "Limited or no connectivity" error when I plug my laptop into my university network?

How can I fix my Windows XP "Limited or no connectivity" error when I plug my laptop into my university network? I've been plugging my laptop directly into an ethernet connection for over two years. Suddenly last week, I get a "Limited or no connectivity" error whenever I try to connect to the network, and now I can't access the Internet or anything. I didn't change my system at all. I updated to SP2 months and months ago, so I don't think that's the problem. Whenever I click "Repair," my computer cannot renew an IP address. I tried the Winsockfix and Microsoft patch 884020, but nothing has worked. I also uninstalled ZoneAlarm and checked for viruses and adware, but nothing's shown up.

Can someone be my new savior and help me out? I've spent hours on this!

Fine Art Price Filter: What should I charge for a limited edition digital Art(TM) print? I made five prints of a particular image from an Epson Stylus Photo 2200 on *very* nice paper and then I destroyed the digital file they came from (that was over a year ago). Now someone is asking to buy one of them! WOO-HOO! How much should I charge for 1 print of 5?
