What are the legal implications if I start a blog documenting the poor service my property manager provides, and asking others to share their opinions of this firm? I can speak for the factual accuracy of my own experiences (I have their letters and invoices etc, as well as my responses), but what about others?

I need to find out the results, if any, of a pair of cases filed in the UK High Court of Justice, Queens Division, in 2004. I have the names of the claimants and the case numbers, but don't have access to (or can't find) the legal databases that might give me the info. Anyone in the UK legal world have any hints? This morning I was hit by a bus while cycling to work. I'm not badly hurt but currently in hospital waiting to have my shoulder checked and cuts cleaned out. I'm in London, England.
The bus driver was 100% to blame. The police have taken a statement from me and I have two phone numbers from witnesses. What should I be doing now to make sure I receive adequate compensation and the driver is dealt with appropriately?
