(Handbag-filter). I'm looking for a very specific handbag for work and travelling. My perfect bag would be a standard Mulberry Bayswater with a messenger strap so I can sling the bag over and have my hands free (very useful when in airports).

I recently bought a
Fendi Classico No. 4 as a self-reward for an accomplishment and because it's just perfect for me. But I don't own a lot of designer items or keep up with all the trends, so I'm a little clueless as to how to treat it! A few specific questions are below, but my general question is - what should I know about owning a really nice handbag like this?

Help me find a leather version of the cheap handbag that got me through law school! I'm convinced the lady lawyers at work are snickering at me behind their backs for carrying my tattered PVC bag.

I need some handbag care advice for my girlfriend. She has a golden-tan leather Furla bag that is starting to get a little dried out. We're not in a big city, so going to a professional probably isn't an option. What can she do to treat the leather so it stays looking like new? Specific brand names of products we can order are preferable.
