Today, my bank's fraud detection department gave me a call - apparently, somebody had attempted to use my debit card for a purchase in Colombia. I live in London, UK. This is an annoyance, but it's particularly worrying because something similar happened less than two months ago - they called me up and said that although my card hadn't been used, they had information that it may be compromised. The card that was used in Colombia today was the replacement, which I've had for only a few weeks.
My money is safe and my card has been cancelled (again). But my main concern is HOW this has happened - keylogger? Dubious, but legit-seeming site? Compromised wifi? And how do I keep myself safe in future?

My very playful kittens love their litter boxes . . . a little bit too much. How can I encourage them not to play in the litter boxes, and more importantly, not to take their poop out of the litter box to play with?

We just adopted
two kittens, YAY! They are from a shelter, so they just got neutered and spayed today, but they are actually too small for the smallest e-collars (which we have). Thus, problems.

Meow! How do you walk quietly in kitten heels? Something like
this or
this? Is it a trick of sizing? Of walking a little differently? This would be my go-to style of heel for many occasions... if I can hide the slap-clack slap-clack sound which is a bit too much like $2 Walmart flip-flops.

How do flea collars work? Are they helpful or harmful? Our cat never had fleas, but we put a flea collar on him preventively because he's an outside cat. Now it looks like he's scratching himself really often, which we have never seen him do before. Should we take the collar off?
How do flea collars work anyway?

Kitten filter: My wife's new kitten (he is 4 months old now) seems to be going through a biting phase. He especially likes biting hands and arms. We try to spray him with water and say "no biting." Will this be enough to train him not to bite, or is there something else we should be doing? Thank you!

What are the main differences between a Birman and a Ragdoll cat?
We are looking for a nice family cat and we have a seven year old. We are looking for a breed that has blue eyes, and is warm and affectioniate like a dog. I have heard that Ragdoll's tend to get really big, that is one thing I'm not sure we want. Any experiences you guys have would be appreciated.

My kitten will shortly have been with me for two weeks, and I plan to start letting her go outside. At first it will be supervised sessions only, but I want to eventually put in a cat flap and let her outdoors during the day time whenever she wants. What can I do to keep her as safe as possible?

I understand that the best cat diet is exclusively wet food. Kittens are supposed to eat small portions every few hours. I am asleep all night and at work for 8 hours during the day. Can I leave wet food out for free feeding or will it go bad? What if she won't eat left-out food?
